1. With a Standard Website, the FLASH intro page would not count against the number of pages in the website. With the Small Business Web Solution, because a simple FLASH intro page is included in the price, it would count against the total number of pages for the solution.
   
   
2. The Small Business Web Solution includes significant site design revisions once every two years. If additional design changes are requested more frequently than every two years, the standard rate of $75/hr would apply to the excess revisions.  Note that this limitation does not apply to updating information in the site, which is included in the package.
   
   
3. With the Small Business Web Solution, both the Activation Fee ($699) and the first month’s Subscription Fee ($89) are due in advance. Succeeding months’ Subscription Fees will be due on the same day of each month thereafter and are to be setup on Auto-Pay through PayPal.  Client may cancel the monthly billing at any time if they are not fully satisfied. If client does not wish to use Auto-Pay, they may elect to pay be check on a quarterly or annual basis.
   
   
4. The Small Business Web Solution includes up to two (2) hours of maintenance / development time per month. Excess time required by client will be charged at a rate of $75/hour.
